Jesse J. Bonnice and
Adam L. Locke
Jesse Bonnice is from Montrose in Susquehanna County, PA and holds a BS in Business Administration from Kings College. Experienced in the Oil and Gas Industry and Beneficial Reuse Management.
Adam Locke is from Titusville, in Crawford County, PA and holds a BS in Geosciences from Penn State University. Experienced Hydrogeologist and Water Management for DOD, DOE, EPA, NASA.
